The original one room house that now serves as our dining room. The fuel stove C1936 would have been added into the original fireplace then sealed and render placed around it as the room is C1880. Lines are visible where the filling took place. Originally a metal pot crane would swing pots over an open fire for cooking. A pianola roll cupboard, restored by us in 1995 is proudly placed by it

Part of our kitchen. We won the kitchen and appliances in 2002 in a competition for the Hunter's most hideous kitchen. It has stood the test of time.
